|
Includes initial meeting to determine site goals, target audience, number of
pages, choosing a style, extras such as guestbooks, order forms, counters, etc.
Horus also provides consulting services on hosting, e-commerce, database
solutions, networking, marketing, and every other area that is relevant to
making your site a success.

Basic Programming and Site Design
|
This includes the actual creation of the Web pages, javascripting, simple CGIs
(such as counters, e-mail forms, etc.), DHTML, and so on.
Some designers
charge extra
for tables, or frames, or external links. Others place limits on the number of
graphics or words
in a page. These are the basic elements of webpage design, therefore Horus
does not believe in charging extra for any of these things.

Site Updates
|
If you so choose, Horus can update the content on your website at regularly
scheduled intervals,
check for broken links, etc. Please note that if you do
choose this service, Horus will arrange a schedule with you, and expects both
parties to adhere to it.

Graphic Design
|
This involves the creation of buttons, banners, animations, logos, retouching
images, backgrounds, and more, in .jpg or .gif format, using top-of-the-line
graphics applications.
If you already have all the graphic elements you want
to include in your site, then the Basic Programming and Design rate will be
applied.

Advanced Programming
|
Includes java, VBscript, Visual Basic, advanced CGIs such as a Shopping Cart,
Coldfusion,
Database Programming, tracking statistics, and so on. Since this
covers a lot of ground, please inquire for a quote.

|
Includes Shockwave, Flash, MIDI and other sound files, streaming Media (such as
Realaudio/video), etc.

or are interested
in creating webpages, or want to learn how to use their applications, or just
acquire basic computer skills, Horus can help!

Scanning
|
Scanning is offered in addition to any scans needed for site development.
Horus offers up to 600 dpi resolution and 30-bit color.
Scanned files can be
sent to you via e-mail or via USPS on floppy disk. Overnight and Express
delivery are also available. Please inquire about prices.

Search Engine Submission/Promotion
|
While there are many programs and services out there that will do this for you,
the most effective way to register your site is to submit to each engine or
directory manually, which is what Horus will do for you. Horus can submit your
site to the top 30 search engines and directories in this fashion in
approximately 4 hours, just to give you an idea. Horus can submit your site to
as many search engines and directories as you wish, and can check position,
update entries, and resubmit on a monthly basis upon request.
